Born into the family of late Mr. Mathew Ekemezie and late Mrs. Caroline Ekemezie (née Ezeonwu) in Umuochuba, Agba Village, Ekwulobia.
She was the first child of the family and the only child of her mother. Maternally, she was the granddaughter of Eunice Ezeonwu in Umuezike, Agba Village.

At the tender age of three, young Chinwe lost her mother Caroline to a brief illness, growing up under the protective care and moral guidance of her father Mathew.
In 1971, family life was joyfully restored when her father married late Mrs. Christina Ekemezie (née Okonkwo), expanding her home with six beloved siblings.
Attended Agba Primary School, Ekwulobia (1973–1979) graduating in flying colours, followed by Girls' High School Ekwulobia (1979–1983).
Academically diligent, respectful, and skilled in homemaking and trade, she completed her examinations with high commendation.
United in Christian marriage with Chief Augustine Ezeudu (Okpankpo Ekwulobia / Chinemeze) of Umuekpili, Ula Village, Ekwulobia.
Their marriage began a glorious 32-year journey of mutual devotion, shared enterprise, and raising six pillars in the fear of God.

Blessed with six children: Uju, Chibueze, Chidi, Onyeka, Adaobi, and Ikechukwu Demas. In April 1988, embraced co-wife Mrs. Nkiruka Ezeudu (Mama Afam) in lifelong love.
Regina instituted the family morning devotional altar that became an unbroken family beacon for over three decades.

Stood side-by-side with her husband trading wholesale beans and groundnuts in Benin City, ensuring all six children received university education.
Her spotless honesty, fair prices, and warm welcome made Mama Uju a beloved household name across Benin commodity markets.

Served for 6 years as Chairperson of Ula Community Congress Women Wing (Benin Branch) and Vice Chairperson of EDU Women Wing (Benin Branch).
Honoured alongside her husband by the Ekwulobia Traditional Council led by HRM Igwe (Engr.) Emmanuel Onyeneke, Ezejiofor II of Ekwulobia, as Lolo (Nwanyibuife).

On Thursday, October 13, 2016, Lolo Regina completed her earthly course at age 51. Visited that morning by HRM Igwe Ezejiofor II and Ugoeze.
Solemn Burial Mass and Christian burial took place on December 15, 2016 at the Ezeudu Country Home in Umuekpili, Ula Village, Ekwulobia.
